Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of SME Leasing – Italy to join our team and drive business success across Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing key business operations, driving growth, and ensuring alignment with Multitude’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in Italy.
Oversee market-specific operations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and deliver results.
Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the Italian market.
Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring targets are met.

Requirements

Proven track record in a similar role, with experience in driving business success.
Strong understanding of the Italian market, regulations, and business environment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
