What We Do
Assist and support Default teams in the successful on-boarding of service transfer accounts. Perform a variety of tasks to ensure a smooth transfer for both loans onboarding and offboarding to/from ServiceMac including tracking progress and issues. Processes are managed in accordance with established work rules, goals & objectives to improve overall execution of the onboarding process to create a good experience for ServiceMac customers and clients.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the point of contact for the default team for service transfers into and out of ServiceMac.
  • Coordinate with LOB's within the Default group to ensure the successful loan boarding of service transferred accounts.
  • Ensure LOBs complete necessary mapping, validating trial data and reviewing images from the prior servicer.  This may include scheduling working sessions in order to track progress to ensure deliverables are met. 
  • Monitor and update the default service transfer checklist including the tracking of ongoing issues and escalating to management as needed. 
  • As needed request calls with prior servicer with appropriate ServiceMac lines of business. 
  • Coordinate with Loss Mitigation vendors to ensure they are aware of loan boarding impacts including the mapping of loans correctly to workflow and updates to logos.
  • Closing monitor loans boarded during loan boarding trials within MSP and identify potential gaps, provide feedback on results and confidence level of mapping. 
  • Act as the point of contact for service release projects including assisting in the completion of service release questionnaires, answer or direct loan level questions to appropriate party and validate out going pipeline status questions. 

What You'll Bring

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of directly related experience in Default Servicing or Service Transfers
  • Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of department/field
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict guidelines and procedures
  • Demonstrated experience in executing deliverables
  • Ability to analyze and map data
  • Project Management skills preferred
  • GSE and Government experience preferred
  • MSP and LoanSphere experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of computer software programs to include Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet and
  • Microsoft Outlook experience preferred

Salary Range: $20.70 - $34.55

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
