Job description

This is a remote position with the ability to be located anywhere in the United States


Position Summary

This role supports Zinpro’s presence at industry tradeshows and events through comprehensive planning and onsite implementation. Responsibilities include coordinating tactical execution, sponsorship bookings, booth arrangements, and reservations for various event logistics. Additionally, the position assists in developing marketing campaigns, supports project planning across departments, and ensures customers receive timely and effective follow-up. Serving as the go-to resource for sales, this role is vital in providing materials, event support, and in-market assistance 

Essential Functions:

  • Support Zinpro presence at selected industry tradeshows and events, including planning onsite implementation and staffing.
  • Coordinate the tactical execution of tradeshows to ensure presence and alignment
  • Sponsorship bookings
  • Reserving booth spaces
  • Coordinating and Shipment of materials
  • Booking all booth furniture, set-up, electrical and tear-down
  • Booking hotel rooms, meeting rooms and suites
  • Reservations for customer dinners
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Support project planning and coordination for all projects within the department and cross-functionally utilizing designated tools
  • Work cross functionally to be sure that we are getting customers what they need, on time and following up with the customer to make sure they got what the needed and that they don’t have questions on how to use, etc.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for sales for materials, events and in-market support

 

Qualifications 

Minimum Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, agriculture or business
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with large-scale event planning and management
  • Attention to detail
  • Technology proficiency 

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Positions in this class typically require typing, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.  
  • Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.  Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.  Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.  

Schedule Requirements 

Regular work hours, with some exceptions due to travel etc.

Travel Requirements

This position requires an estimated limited 30% travel, but it may adjust depending on business needs
