The Revenue Operations Team:

The Opportunity

We are looking for an analytical and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our revenue engine by enhancing processes, systems, and data insights across sales, marketing, and customer success functions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional operational expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive efficiency and alignment.

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will:
  • Analyze, design, and implement processes that align and streamline workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Own revenue-related reporting and analytics, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize revenue operations tools, including CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and analytics software, to improve efficiency and usability.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and revenue effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with leadership to create accurate revenue forecasts and support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and customer success, driving alignment and resolving operational challenges.
  • Support team enablement by providing training on tools, processes, and best practices to maximize performance.
Requirements for the Role
  • 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar analytical role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot). Strong Excel and/or data visualization skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, translate them into actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of optimizing processes to drive efficiency and results.
  • Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in subscription-based or recurring revenue business models.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Certification in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Previous experience scaling revenue operations in a high-growth environment.
