Overview:

**Candidate must live in the Pacific Time Zone!**

 

Saturday - Sunday Position from 8AM - 5PM PST

Responsibilities:

Your work should be more than just a job. As the Team Coordinator, you will be the first person our customers will speak with as you greet and answer the phones. The Team Coordinator performs support functions to ensure the smooth operation of office processes. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel.
  •  med profiles and mailings
  •  First calls to patients 
  •  Assist with copying and faxing things for clinicians 
  • SOC folders / Carelink folders 
  •  Laminating items for teaching 
  • Discharge cards to patients 
  • NTUC calls
  •  24 admission calls with scripting 
  • Assist with referral entering/ Forcura 
  • Teach how to utilize HCHB schedule to assist with scheduling
  •  Assist scheduling changes with phone calls from clinicians
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 6 Months medical office experience
  • Two years customer service experience required. 
  • Pleasant telephone voice and manner.
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills
