Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Digital Experimentation Analytics Manager to join our growing Digital Experimentation team and drive data-driven decision-making through rigorous experimentation and analysis. As a Digital Experimentation Analytics Manager, supporting Digital Experimentation, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing experiments aimed at optimizing user experience, conversion rates, and key performance indicators across our digital platforms. As we broaden our tooling capabilities, and support decentralizing Experimentation across the business, you will be a critical member of accomplishing this vision, by supporting current work across our subdomains and salesforce.com testing program.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to create, maintain and execute a roadmap of experiments to improve the performance of the Salesforce website and subdomains.

2. Prioritize initiatives that improve the user experience and drive business outcomes including trials, chats and sales leads.

3. Design and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimental methodologies to optimize digital experiences across salesforce.com and our subdomains as needed.

4. Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities for improvement.

5. Analyze experiment results, identify trends, and communicate complex findings to stakeholders through clear and concise reports.

6. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, UX, and designers to prioritize and implement experiment-driven improvements.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital experimentation and conversion rate optimization.


 

Qualifications:

1. 6 years of experience in digital experimentation, Conversion Rate Optimization, web analytics, growth marketing.

2. Demonstrated experience designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests with tools like Optimizely, Adobe Target, Optimize, etc.

3. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Looker Studio.

4. Experience using SQL for advanced data analysis is a plus.

5. Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
