Trifecta is a seeking a highly motivated, experienced Salesforce Account Executive who will play an integral role in achieving new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and customer success and satisfaction objectives.


Desired Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have previously worked for a CRM organization or currently is selling for a CRM Global Partner or Regional SI Partner. We are looking for someone who shares our company values and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative working environment. You will have a great support team of Salesforce architects, developers and consultants and a list of excellent client references.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive a sales strategy to close new business in mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Identify and build account relationships that are in Trifecta’s target market
  • Develop a complete understanding of Trifecta’s product and service offerings; customer needs; and the competitive landscape
  • Perform in-depth client and industry research to create compelling business cases and RFP responses
  • Identify, define, and execute the proper sales strategies and tactics, given the circumstances
  • Work closely with account management and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas consistently
  • Work in a fast-paced, team environment while multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively
  • Forecast, maintain, and report accurate information


Minimum Requirements:

  • 4-year BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of managing and closing complex sales cycles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism and motivation
  • Hunter mentality with extensive experience self-generating new business
  • 2+ years of experience selling Salesforce clouds


Preferred:

  • Technically savvy with web and mobile app development and skilled in Salesforce
  • Experience with competing technologies such as MS Dynamics, Siebel CRM, Infor, and Oracle CRM
  • Strong customer references
