As a critical link between Sales, Finance, Legal, and other teams, you’ll help ensure that deals are structured for success, aligned with our business goals, and designed to provide exceptional value to our customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a global environment where your ideas and expertise will drive meaningful results. Working hours for this role will align with US hours (15:00 - 23:30 CET, Monday to Friday), offering you flexibility in your day.
What you'll do:Collaborate with Sales to review, structure, and price complex deals, ensuring they meet company policies and maximize customer value.Review customer contracts, identify risks, and work with Legal to ensure compliance while supporting Sales in negotiations.Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards in CRM (Salesforce).Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams, facilitating smooth communication and alignment on deals.Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvements as needed by management.What you'll bring:2+ years of experience in deal desk, order management, or related roles within the technology sector.Strong knowledge of SaaS sales processes, contract terms, and revenue recognition principles.Analytical mindset: Experience working with complex deals, pricing models, and financial metrics.Collaborative spirit: Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in financial data and contracts.Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Self-starter: You take initiative and are comfortable working with limited supervision.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).An undergraduate degree in a related field is a plus.#LI-HG1
