What you’ll be doing

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization (APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Flows, Lightning components etc.)
  • Optimization of solutions through an understanding of business needs and technology capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including business stakeholders, product teams, consultants to manage deliverables and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements
  • Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing regular feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Responsible for the detailed design of technical solutions, Proof-of-Concepts (POC), prototyping and documentation
  • Coordinate and support deployment of releases
  • Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or in a related field.
  • 6+ years of Experience in designing and developing full stack solutions using Salesforce Platform and related technologies
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Lightning Components, APEX Triggers, Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce development technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Object Model, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Integrations using REST & SOAP API
  • Proven track record of successfully leading Salesforce projects from design to implementation, preferably in a lead developer
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to meet or exceed standards of quality, security and operability required in a DevSecOps culture

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Platform Developer Certifications
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect
