Position Summary:

Constellation HomeBuilder Systems is a dynamic and empowering environment comprised of motivated self-starters who enjoy the thrill of working at a fast pace. We are seeking an experienced marketing professional who be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and programs for our enterprise business group. The ideal candidate will be a confident, creative, and organized individual with a track record of success in B2B software marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and execute marketing plans, programs and multi-channel campaigns that factor in business group priorities and marketing objectives. Track and analyze results to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and refresh product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our enterprise solutions product suite.
  • Develop marketing collateral such as videos, email outreach, case studies, blog posts, long-form content, etc. that educates and engages the target audience and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Co-host and plan episodes for the Power to Build Show podcast, which features executives and thought leaders in the homebuilding industry.
  • Plan, launch and host thought leadership and product webinars.
  • Oversee corporate social media accounts and growth strategy.
  • Represent marketing in relevant business group leadership meetings and sales meetings, providing marketing updates and capturing stakeholder updates for sharing with the broader marketing team.
  • Manage two full-time team members:  Business Development Representative and Marketing Coordinator.

Competencies:

  • Proven success in managing multiple projects and developing creative marketing programs and campaigns that attract, nurture, convert, and retain customers.
  • Expertise in using marketing automation (Marketo), customer relationship management (Salesforce.com), and Google Analytics to manage campaign execution and reporting.
  • Data-driven with an analytical mindset.
  • Webinar and Account-based Marketing (ABM) experience preferred.
  • Experience with digital advertising, SEM, and social media.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably for an enterprise software or B2B company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Marketo experience preferred. Certification is a plus.
  • Homebuilding experience is a plus.
