So what is the role?
You will play a critical role in integrating and optimizing IT systems to ensure seamless processes and efficient operations.By connecting various platforms and aligning technical solutions with business requirements, you will drive innovation and create value across our organization:
  • Planning, implementing, and optimizing interfaces between existing systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, Jira, and e-commerce platforms) using APIs and middleware.
  • Analyzing business processes to understand IT system requirements and developing appropriate solutions.
  • Integrating hardware and software components into existing system landscapes.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.
  • Documenting the IT system landscape and creating technical documentation.
  • Supporting troubleshooting and improving the performance of existing systems.
  • Maintaining and supporting IT systems and networks.
  • Providing infrastructure support and managing operations of our cloud services (Microsoft Azure).
This is the next level you achieve after 6 months:
  • Successfully implementing and integrating at least one critical API connection between existing systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, or E-commerce platforms).
  • Delivering a fully functional prototype of a newly integrated system or feature in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Developing and presenting a detailed optimization plan for system performance and security, including recommendations for updates or upgrades.
  • Establishing a monitoring and troubleshooting framework for the network and cloud infrastructure, ensuring system stability and minimizing downtime.
  • Conducting a comprehensive audit of the current IT system landscape and identifying potential improvement areas.
What you need for this role:
  • A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualifications, or professional trainingin the IT sector (e.g., IT specialist for system integration).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT system integration and networking, particularly ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with APIs, middleware, and database systems.
  • Good programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C#.
  • Strong understanding of network technologies and IT security.
  • Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills and the ability to take initiative.
