Position Overview 
Care Access is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Provider Partnerships Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a network of specialist consultants and physicians in key therapeutic areas. Your primary focus will be to recruit physicians who can support our clinical research studies through our Trial Access Partner program and refer patients to participate in studies. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to expand our local physician database, increase the number of practices working with us, and ensure high-quality customer service across the country/region. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving study delivery, promoting Care Access, and supporting business growth.

What You'll Be Working On
  • Increase the number of practices working with Care Access.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
  • Act as initial point of contact for parties interested in joining Care Access as a Trial Access Partner
  • Utilize available lead sources (i.e. Salesforce) to conduct identify viable partners
  • Conduct initial meeting with leads and interested parties introducing them to Care Access programs and generating interest
  • Establish meetings with key decision makers to present the Trial Access Partner Program for their practice. For example, this may be meetings with existing and potential sites, PI’s, GPs, Practice Nurses, Practice Managers, Hospital Consultants, and other professionals.
  • Maintain and update client databases with relevant information.
  • Generate reports on sales activities, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service is provided to physicians and other healthcare professionals across the country/region.
  • Identifying and proposing new options and make recommendations to support business growth supporting expansion into new practices across the region/country.
  • Preparing reports, presentations on activities, results, and plans.
  • Implementing new service models within region/country to enhance clinical trial delivery.
  • Comply with all regulatory and in-house standard and corporate operational requirements.
  • Keep up to date with local and national healthcare news, issues, and guidance.
  • Awareness of competitor initiatives in previously unchartered recruitment methods 
  • Ensure confidentiality in all aspects of role and organization activity.

  • Physical and Travel Requirements
  • This is a remote position with up to 30% travel requirements. Frequency and length of travel may depend on the length and location of study.

  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other pertinent tools.
  • Have gained a strong background on delivering to targets, along with a focus on quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and seize opportunities, drive business growth, and achieve targets.
  • Have experience of working within a highly regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to represent a company with the research community and other healthcare providers.
  • Have in depth knowledge of clinical research market and changing business environments.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and use intelligently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales objectives.
  • The ability to multi-task and work well within a high-paced pressurized environment.
  • The ability to use your initiative to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Intermediate/Advanced IT skills including experience of using Salesforce, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare management, life sciences, business administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in physician network development, preferably in the clinical research industry or related healthcare field.
