TALENT OPERATIONS GENERALIST

Then come evolve with us as a Talent Operations Generalist. This role supports the People function of a fast growing Nutraceuticals company as a Full-Time Employment opportunity. This role is 100% remote and must be available during Central Standard Time.

The Healthy Back Institute is seeking an operational/service-oriented Talent Operations Generalist to provide talent acquisition and people operations support across multiple roles.

              -       HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE        -  

  • Strongly support the Director of People & Culture with administrative, project management, and other People Ops dept. support tasks.
  • Write and manage offer letters and background check processes to ensure compliance with SLAs and guarantee a seamless experience for candidates; support in other onboarding systems set-up tasks; creating a positive experience for new hires. Back-up for OnRamping. 
  • Own the facilitation, calendar invite, and agenda for the Weekly Recruiting Meeting, and the Bi-Weekly People Team Meeting. Own the calendar invite, agenda, and prep. For the WeeklyTalent. Req. Meeting.  Take notes, provide weekly meeting recaps, action items, follow-up and tasks and project tracking utilizing HBI’s project management tool, Wrike.
  • Support recruiters and hiring leaders with interview scheduling and coordination creating an easy and enjoyable experience that meets the needs of candidates, hiring leaders and recruiters. 
  • Partner with recruiters in role research, job descriptions and profiles, and posting on job sites; assist in Maintaining, refreshing and updating job postings.
  • Ensure that JazzHR is up-to-date with accurate candidate data, and optimize the system for tracking, reporting, and managing recruitment metrics.

-       WHAT YOU HAVE        -  

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks and projects within deadline
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes like offer letters, resume screening, job posting, note-taking and follow-up, process documentation, and working within an Applicant Tracking System
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition, people, administrative, and/or executive coordination
  • High attention to detail and a sense of urgency when juggling multiple priorities
  • Commitment to providing high touch, outstanding experiences to candidates, hiring leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with gmail, Google Suite including Google Docs and Sheets and collaborating via these tools, and prior experience working in an ATS, JazzHR and Wrike a plus!
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Operations Generalist or recruiter ideal, but not required.
