Job description

Nova Talent are working with a UK Leading Agronomic Advice and Product Supplier, within the Agricultural Sector. Employing 400 people across the UK, this is a company that recognises its people as their most important asset and is committed to developing its employees and the business.

Together we are seeking to recruit an experienced Amenity Specialist to join the Amenity Team, covering Greater Manchester to North Wales area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an customer centric and confident individual, that likes to take ownership of their work.

Within this role, the successful candidate will build solid customer relationships, whilst providing advice and support relating to the management and maintenance of green spaces including golf courses, parks, sports fields and other amenity spaces.

Salary range - £35,000-£45,000/pa

Duties to include, but not limited to:

Meet and exceed sales and profit targets, keeping within budget from a cost perspective.

Managing customer debt, ensuring credit control and company exposure to bad debt is kept to a minimum.

Establish new business development opportunities, maximise organic growth with existing client base.

Provide relevant and timely information to customers on all products and services offered by the company.

Deliver new product campaigns as required.

Utilise effective communication skills, apply to all colleagues and customer base.

Attend events and meetings, act as an Ambassador to the company at all times.

Liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales and depot teams.

Build relationships and a network of internal and external contacts.
