Based in Los Angeles, Rayneta is a paid media agency supporting innovative companies in technology, commerce, and culture. We guide our clients’ advertising investments through focused, data-driven media campaigns that deliver measurable results. Our close-knit team combines analytical precision with creative insight, staying ahead of industry trends. Our clients span from early-stage fashion brands to Fortune 100 software giants.

We are seeking a Paid Media Manager who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on expert in managing campaigns within ad platforms (i.e., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads). This role requires a blend of marketing strategy, technical media buying, and client soft skills. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media across various platforms to drive growth and success for our clients.

Requirements

• Strategically plan and manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels. Primarily within paid social (Meta, TikTok, Linkedin) and paid search (Google, Microsoft).

• Build and nurture client relationships, providing expert advice and insights as a trusted advisor.

• Manage budget allocation, optimization, and campaign reporting to ensure optimal results.

• Analyze data to identify trends, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge, including new platforms, technologies, and trends.

• Communicate and collaborate with client teams.

Must have:
• 3-5+ years of experience in paid media management across various digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex paid media campaigns.

• Experience directly managing monthly budgets of $200k+

• Strong analytical skills.

• Strong understanding of digital attribution and media measurement.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
