This is a full-time position that is fully remote in the US.

The Role

Eigen Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to drive the growth of our Engineering, Product, and Design teams. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with EPD stakeholders, lead full-cycle hiring efforts, and help shape the future of talent acquisition at Eigen Labs. Reporting to the Director of Talent, you will collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.

What You Will Do
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Design, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient processes.
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, train on best hiring practices, and develop tailored strategies.
  • Build and manage pipelines of top-tier talent, ensuring timely progress and visibility into hiring metrics.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to position Eigen Labs as the employer of choice in the crypto space.
What You Will Bring
    • 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years specializing in technical hiring & 2 years in crypto recruiting.
    • Proven track record of hiring exceptional talent in competitive markets, ideally within the crypto, fintech, or tech startup ecosystems.
    • Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, with strong skills in sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver a world-class candidate experience.
    • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where adaptability and prioritization are key.

The target base salary for this role will range between $180,000 USD to $220,000 USD. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer.
