Job description

This is a remote position.

Paid Ad Specialist: 20 hours / week, Monday to Friday 9AM-1PM New York Time

Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide daily reports on key metrics
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve ROI
  • Target and refine audience segments to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness
  • Potentially work with Google Ads to expand our digital advertising reach
  • Collaborate on ad creative development, if skilled in this area
  • Stay updated on social media advertising trends and best practices

Scope:

  • Manage multiple social media advertising campaigns simultaneously
  • Work 20 hours per week, preferably during morning hours
  • Potential to expand role to include TikTok advertising in the future
  • Opportunity for the role to grow into a full-time position as the company expands
  • Possible future involvement in managing client campaigns as the company’s services grow


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing social media advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with audience targeting and segmentation techniques
  • Analytical skills for interpreting campaign data and making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaborating with team members
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
  • Knowledge of Google Ads is a plus
  • Experience with content creation tools is beneficial but not required
