Job description

Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game.

Summary: 

The Quality Assurance Specialist will review and audit tickets processed by operational staff, ensuring that interactions with players meet the established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct QA audit reviews for ticketing contractors and ensure compliance with quality based on Fliff’s processes.
  • Create and submit quality audit reports and provide insights on any areas of quality improvements and opportunities.
  • Deliver timely responses to case review requests.
  • Participate in regular calibration sessions within the assigned function.
  • Stay updated about new operational processes and developments.
  • Perform quality coaching and mentoring as needed.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
