The Role

What You’ll Do

• Master Product Data Management: Input, update, and manage product information using CSV and Excel uploads, keeping our e-commerce platform accurate, organized, and up-to-date.
• Craft Engaging Content: Collaborate with the marketing team to create standout product descriptions and detailed manuals that inform and delight our customers.
• Support with Graphics: Use basic graphic tools to edit and assemble visually appealing product guides and manuals that align with our brand’s aesthetic.
• Leverage NetSuite Expertise: Handle all data entry and product updates using NetSuite, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and processes.
• Ensure Top-Notch Quality Control: Regularly review product data and content for accuracy, consistency, and optimization to enhance the overall shopping experience.

• Data Dynamo: You have proven experience managing large datasets efficiently and accurately, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
• NetSuite Savvy: You’re familiar with NetSuite or similar ERP systems and understand how to manage product data and content uploads seamlessly.
• Graphics Whiz (Basic): You can confidently use graphic design tools to create and edit product documentation.
• Detail-Oriented Perfectionist: You pride yourself on catching every detail, ensuring all product information is polished and error-free.
• Strong Communicator: Your written English is exceptional, enabling you to craft clear, engaging, and informative product content.
• Organized Multitasker: You excel at juggling multiple priorities and managing your time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• E-commerce Expert: You have hands-on experience in e-commerce or a related field and a solid understanding of online retail operations.
