Annual Salary: $110,000 - $130,000, with a full benefits package.

Your Role:

• Guide clients through meaningful therapy sessions, helping them uncover strengths and overcome obstacles.
• Conduct in-depth evaluations to understand each client’s unique circumstances.
• Design actionable treatment plans that empower clients to reach their goals.
• Keep organized and thorough records to track client progress.
• Work closely with a team of dedicated professionals who share your commitment to care.
• Provide immediate support to clients facing crises, showing both understanding and leadership.

Requirements

About You:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and active LMFT licensure are must-haves.
• You’re approachable, compassionate, and deeply invested in your clients’ well-being.
• You work well independently but also enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
• You stay curious and seek growth through ongoing education and training.
