Job description

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detailed-oriented Consumer Products Specialty Risk Adjuster to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing third-party administrators, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Claims Adjustment: Efficiently process and adjust claims over authority and claim audits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Third-Party Administrator Oversight: Collaborate with external administrators, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Interaction: Interact with customers, underwriting, account managers and service providers to gather necessary information for claims processing and address inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the quality and accuracy of claims processing, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Policy Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and company policies, ensuring all processes align with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of claims, adjustments, and communication, and generate regular reports for management review.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in consumer products contract administration, Travel Insurance, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of contract analysis, coverage and claim audits
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
