Tickmill is looking for a passionate Senior Sponsorship and Community Manager to lead the development and execution of sponsorships, influencer partnerships, and ambassador programs while managing and growing our online and offline communities. This role is pivotal in aligning Tickmill’s sponsorship initiatives with community engagement efforts to build authentic connections aligned with the company’s brand values.

What the job looks like?
The Senior Sponsorship and Community Manager will have the opportunity to deal with Sponsorship and Partnership Management duties such us:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsorship partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors to drive brand visibility.
- Identify, recruit, and manage sponsorships, partnerships, influencers and ambassadors, that resonate with our brand values and objectives.
- Develop and manage influencer and ambassador programs to foster deeper engagement and increase brand reach, and ensuring they deliver measurable outcomes.
- Track and analyze the performance of sponsorship and partnership initiatives, providing detailed insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with influencers and ambassadors to co-create content and initiatives that align with our strategic goals.
- Oversee contract negotiations, content deliverables, and campaign timelines.
- Monitor trends and ensure company's influencer and ambassador strategies remain competitive and innovative.
The Senior Sponsorship and Community Manager will have the opportunity to deal with Community Management duties such us:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Actively manage and engage with the community across social media, forums, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and respond to audience feedback, ensuring prompt and empathetic communication.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person community events to deepen connections and drive engagement.
- Gather insights from the community to inform content, product, and cross functional teams.
The Senior Sponsorship and Community Manager will have the opportunity to deal with Collaboration and Strategic Planning duties such us:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including PR, and Product, to align community efforts with overall business objectives.
- Keep updated of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to ensure the community strategy remains innovative and effective.
- Representing the voice of the community internally, advocating for user needs and feedback.
What will you need to be able to do the job?
- Minimum 4 years in sponsorship management, influencer marketing, or community management roles.
- Proven ability to think strategically while effectively executing day-to-day responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for developing authentic and productive partnerships.
- Experience analyzing the success of sponsorships (ROSI), influencer campaigns, and community initiatives using analytics tools with a Data-Driven Approach.
- Innovative thinker capable of creating compelling sponsorship activations and engagement campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and sponsorship management software is a plus.
