Student Assistant – Logistics and Planning

Your Role: As a Student Assistant in the central warehouse team, you will:

  • Maintain and Update Databases: Ensure that all necessary documents for purchase units are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Support International Operations: Assist our external warehouse in Rotterdam with inbound order documentation and create export documents for international shipments.
  • Facilitate Communication: Coordinate with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth central warehouse operations.
  • Handle Ad-Hoc Tasks: Provide support to the team in various daily operations, gaining exposure to multiple facets of logistics and planning.

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a student who is:

  • Academically Driven: Currently enrolled in a university degree within Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Strategy, or a related field. Ideally, you are in your final year of a bachelor's program or in the first year of a master’s program.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, with a knack for handling data and documents efficiently.
  • Analytically Minded: You approach tasks with a structured mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Self-Managed: Capable of managing your time effectively, tracking progress, and following up on queries with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and open to learning and challenging yourself.
  • Communicative: Strong in both written and oral English communication.

Location: You will be working at our Headquarters near Kgs. Lyngby.
