Opportunity at a Glance
The Software Systems Developer will assist in the growth and integration of our Drupal Content Management System (CMS), Salesforce ecosystem (CRM) and AI Solutions within the ACAMS Information Services landscape. The role will partner with Subject Matter Experts in related departments to augment and integrate our solutions within our existing toolset. Ultimately the Software Developer will write and be responsible for coding solutions for a growth-oriented organization, related to the extension of capabilities within the current application stack.
The Software Systems Developer strives to drive continuous improvement through extensive understanding of the company's business processes and data. This role collaborates with functional business process owners to identify, design, develop, and implement integrations that will support strategic business initiatives, streamline process, and maximize customer satisfaction. The Software Systems Developers an experienced professional who enjoys rolling up his or her sleeves and working to create and implement solutions, achieve objectives, eliminate risks, and increase user and/or customer satisfaction. A problem-solving aptitude and demonstrated ability to influence people and successful experiences working in a fast-paced, high-growth, multi-functional, matrixed, and international team are required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Drupal-based web applications, including development and module customization
- Build and customize Salesforce applications, including development of Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs
- Integrate AI-based solutions into web platforms using Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions across multiple platforms (Drupal, Salesforce, AI Systems).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve performance of Salesforce customizations, web applications, and AI Models.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study and three years' work experience or 5+ years web development experience
Drupal development experience, including module and theme customization
- Strong understanding of Drupal best practices and functionality
- Front-end development expertise in CSS and JavaScript
- PHP proficiency
Salesforce development experience, particularly in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning and API Integrations
- Ability to write or modify Apex – including apex triggers, apex classes.
- Manage Apex Transactions, Governor Limits, and Exception Management.
- Develop or modify Visualforce pages, Visualforce controllers/components.
- Knowledge of integrating AI Solutions using tools like Salesforce Einstein
- Platform Developer I Certification preferred.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks
- Deep understanding of Python syntax and core language features
- Experience with AI/ML libraries
- Familiarity with integrating AI models into web environments, including API development and working with RESTful services.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS especially services for deploying and facilitating AI solutions (OpenSearch, Bedrock, DynamoDB, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud services for integration solutions.
