The Anthology Channel Partner Team is responsible for growing and developing the partner ecosystem to drive value to customers and revenue contribution to the business. As Channel Operations Analyst on this team, you will be a key part of the Anthology Partnerships Program responsible for ensuring new and existing partners have access to the right resources and support to competently sell and implement Anthology solutions, as well as playing a pivotal role in crafting, launching, and delivering Anthology Partner solutions in the Education Technology space. You’ll use your experience in partner support, contracts, and deal support and be responsible for managing partner access to tools and programs, processing partner contracts, and supporting partners. You will report to the Partnership Operations Manager, and work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance.

 

Specific responsibilities will include:

 

Partner Administration

  • Managing partner access to various systems and tools
  • Processing and maintaining records of partner contracts and amendments
  • Providing partners with and tracking partners’ access to demonstration environments
  • Collaborating with Finance to manage partners AR and AP accounts

 

Lead and Deal Support

  • Processing and tracking partner Deal Registrations
  • Processing and reporting on partner Lead Registrations
  • Supporting partner RFP requests
  • Assisting partners with various deal related inquiries

 

Partner Success and Support

  • Providing day-to-day partner and internal support related to channel topics
  • Tracking partner success in company systems/tools for analysis and reporting
  • Processing partner lead/deal registrations and communicating across departments as needed
  • Providing partner support for contract, CRM opportunity tracking, system access, and other activity
  • Providing engagement support to partners and internal colleagues to execute annual sales objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and Partner constituencies

 

This role requires less than 10% travel.

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a partner/alliance/channel role, preferably in enterprise software industry
  • BA/BS degree with a preferred focus in Business or Marketing 
  • Computer proficiency, including full command of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Salesforce, PowerBI, and other applications utilized for position
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally with a variety of internal and external audiences, particularly with executive level
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Fast learner, receptible to training, proactive, and independent
  • Quick thinker, calm in tough situations, adept at problem resolution, ability to think strategically while managing multiple projects and partners
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to specific Partner needs and think independently and resourcefully, addressing unique customer issues
  • Ability to complete work with general supervision
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

 

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Partner recruitment and onboarding experience
  • Experience in partner enablement and support
  • Experience in Higher Education and/or EdTech
  • Strong organizational skills, being able to effectively organize information, insights, and documentation
  • Previous data management experience
  • Willing and able to work remotely
