Who We Are Looking For
As the Head of Data Science and Analytics, you will hold a key role within our organization, focusing on enhancing our decisioning solutions and delivering ML models and capabilities for our customers. You will be responsible for the shaping the R&D approach and activities undertaken by our Data Science team and how they work with internal stakeholders and customers to drive business value and operational excellence. Collaborating closely with our Engineering, Product and Professional Services you’ll scale our data science initiatives and building advanced analytics tools

What You Brin
g:
Education: Graduate degree in Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative fi
eld.Experience: 7+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a track record of leading data analytics teams, preferably in a fintech or credit risk environm
- ent.Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and AI techniques used in fraud detection and credit risk analy
- sis.Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or simi
- lar.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) for large-scale data processing and model deploym
- ent.Strong domain expertise in credit scoring models, fraud prevention strategies, and risk assessment in financial servi
- ces.Knowledge of LLM, GenAI, and Prompt Engineering a strong
- plusProven ability to manage the full lifecycle of data science projects, from concept to production deploym
- ent.Experience leading and mentoring high-performing data science teams in a fast-paced, agile environm
