Job description

Our Organization

At DLL, we are many things. We are team members, family members and community members. We are members of society, members of different cultures and nationalities. Members of change. Each of us has different beliefs, different passions, different points of view, talents and interests. We have different backgrounds, cultures, nationalities and histories.

But despite all our differences, we share one thing in common: each of us is a member of DLL.

Our company was founded in the Netherlands. But today we are truly a multinational company. Our unique culture is rooted in greater collaboration, less hierarchy and honest candor that allows us to integrate, ideate and innovate across border lines.

Many companies say they are European, American, Asian or Australian, at DLL we are all those places and more.

We are an intercultural collaboration - an interconnected network - that comes together every day with one goal in mind: Partnership for a better world!

Your Function

In the position of Product Owner (IT), you will play a strategic role in the Information Technology department, balancing product management responsibilities with tasks related to Agile facilitation. Your mission will be to act as the main connection between business needs and the technical teams, prioritizing and managing the product backlog to ensure that strategic goals are achieved.

  • Definition and prioritization of the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs;
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product vision and roadmap, maintaining clarity in requirements and acceptance criteria;
  • Facilitation of key Agile ceremonies, removing impediments and supporting team efficiency;
  • Stakeholder management by understanding business needs, translating requirements into technical specifications, and ensuring transparency on progress;
  • Project coordination by tracking team velocity, sprint progress, and release plans, adjusting as necessary to meet delivery deadlines.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related areas;
  • Advanced or native Spanish (mandatory requirement);
  • Experience or knowledge of Product Management, including defining and prioritizing backlogs and collaborating with cross-functional teams;
  • Practical knowledge of frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, including facilitation of agile ceremonies;
  • Ability to interpret and present relevant data for decision-making and product optimization;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps, and the ability to use them to manage and monitor activities.

We Offer

  • Two working days a year volunteering for a local charity;
  • Health and wellness program, including healthy food, free health checks, fun health and vitality activities;
  • Flexible hours with the possibility of working from home;
  • Career development opportunities: online learning, member development programs.
