Job description

At Skale our mission is simple: help SaaS brands make SEO the #1 revenue-driving channel. We’re a passionate performance SEO agency, with the goal to help SaaS companies grow their SEO efforts into a recognisable source of new business.


Main Function A (80%): Partner acquisition and link building

Goal: Deliver high quality links to clients

KPI: 70% of new added partners, 70% of live links, average price per link lower than €100


Responsibilities

  • Find and add to our database 15 new link building partners, based on assigned link building targets and niches needed
  • Adhere to Skale’s quality criteria, taking into consideration client’s niche, DR and traffic requirements
  • Build the initial link on each new partner website you bring in
  • In Brain, create profiles for new partners you bring in and provide all the necessary data on how to collaborate with the partner along with the partnership proof
  • Build 15 links/month
  • With approval of your direct manager - use our internal database for building links
  • Order guest post articles through Brain and communicate with writers to provide clear content guidelines.
  • Submit articles to editors/webmasters when finished 


Main Function B (10%) - Update Brain statuses

Goal: Provide fresh data to the team and clients, save time on partner communication 

KPI: Every status change (link or partner collaboration) is always up to date.


Responsibilities

  • Regularly update statuses of your assigned link targets to Planned, Pitched, Negotiating, Writing, Submitted or Live based on their current state.
  • Regularly update changes in partner prices, contacts, reliability or any other info needed for collaboration to be smooth.


Main Function C (10%): Payments

Goal: Pay partners on time, get links on time

KPI: Every partner invoice is paid on time


Responsibilities

  • Send partner invoices to our finance department using the provided template.
  • Make sure that the correct amount of funds is stated in the invoice, along with the correct billing info, while following the deadlines.
