Job description

Requested Tasks

-Lead the development and management of the CRM strategy for the Makeready portfolio 

-Partner with property level Directors of Sales and Marketing and Field Marketing team on strategic planning and creation of marketing campaigns 

-Plan, configure, and monitor automated email campaigns within email marketing platform 

-Accountable for supplemental revenue generation email programs including cart abandonment, upgrade program behavioral targeting 

-Build audiences within customer database with smart segmentation that align with overall strategy; leverages dynamic content whenever possible for customer personalization 

-Oversee loyalty program communications, ensuring a consistent and engaging voice across email, digital platforms, and in-person guest interactions.

-Provide reporting on a property and portfolio-wide level via monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annual cadences and sets goals for ongoing improvement and growth 

-Provide as needed website support for hotel properties, including content updates, ensuring accurate and consistent information, and collaborating with internal teams   or third-party vendors to optimize website performance and functionality

 

 Requested Capabilities

-5+ years of experience in an email marketing and/or CRM role 

-Experience with an enterprise-level CRM/email marketing software provider (Cendyn, Revinate, TravelClick, Salesforce, Marketo, Silverpop, etc) 

-Basic working knowledge of HTML and Photoshop 

-Experience with data analysis and reporting including website analytics experience a plus (eInsight, Google Analytics, etc) 

-Superb organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines 

-Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with multiple priorities 

-This role will require travel; the team member must be able to travel independently via airplanes, cars, car services and hotels
