As a Technology Sales Support Associate Director, you will lead complex projects and offer expert guidance, significantly contributing to the strategic planning and execution within the sales support domain. Your deep technical knowledge and strategic foresight will enable seamless sales processes and drive significant advancements in the sales support function.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage complex technical sales support projects.
• Provide expert consultancy during high-level sales engagements.
• Drive the design and deployment of strategic technical sales materials.
• Maintain alignment of technical support functions with organizational goals.
• Facilitate advanced training programs and technical knowledge dissemination.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives in technical support processes.
• Conduct strategic analysis of sales support systems and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve critical technical issues.
• Prepare and present sophisticated technical content to senior stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance for the evolution of technical support capabilities.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance or technology-related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum five years of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) industry experience working with industry leading tools such as Anaplan, Onestream software, SAP BCP/GR/SAC and Oracle EPM.

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as consultant, technical solutions engineer, or solutions architect with leading CPM tools.

  • Proven ability in performing rapid assessments of customers’ landscape and targeting use cases and deployment targets for Cloud technology. Ability to provide guidance in the evaluation of CCH Tagetik’s solutions.

  • Extraordinary presentation and public speaking skills.

  • Must have the ability to lead technical discussions and identify the right solution for our customer’s needs.

  • Versed and experienced with business analysis and financial modeling.

  • Strong Financial Acumen with experience interacting with financial professions within the office of CFO.

  • Understand the technical architecture of SAP systems is preferred
