As a Corporate design & media Technology intern within our Learning & Development team, you will get hands on experience in developing engaging learning content and leveraging technology to drive professional development. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate on meaningful projects, gain real-world experience, and build a robust portfolio. Our Learning & Development team drives employee growth and client success through impactful corporate design and cutting-edge corporate media technology.

This internship is open to candidates seeking academic credit as part of their degree program. This is a remote position that can work from anywhere within the United States.

What you’ll do at SN:

  • Assist in designing and developing corporate materials, including eLearning modules, videos, and multimedia presentations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex content into engaging, learner-friendly materials.
  • Support the creation of interactive and dynamic corporate media assets.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on trends and best practices in corporate design and media technology.
  • Help with project management tasks such as timelines, content reviews, and quality assurance.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.

What it takes to be a Corporate Design and Media Technology Intern:

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Graphic Design, Mass Communications, Video/Media Production, Educational Technology, Media Production, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and media editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think innovatively and propose new ideas.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Stage 2 (Hiring Manager Interview) with the Instructional Designer, Client Learning & Development Experience who will be your leader/mentor throughout the internship

Salary: The salary range for this position is an estimate of $15 - $20 per hour. A final compensation offer within this range will be based on factors including an individual’s skill sets, experience, knowledge, licensure and certifications, and geography. We are also willing to work with your school on academic credit as part of their degree program. Please coordinate with your academic institution to ensure eligibility and compliance with catalog requirements.
