Invictus is seeking to hire a Finance Manager - Client Analytics & Advisory to join their team! Candidates with a minimum of 7 years in the financial services or related industries will be considered for this opportunity. This position is fully remote with the expectation of working east coast hours.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing production and delivery of analysis and reports to all CECL, stress testing, and capital planning clients
  • Responsible for management and development of junior and mid-level financial analysts
  • Managing “up” of senior Invictus personnel to ensure highest quality level of advisory services are being provided to clients
  • Maintain regular communication with clients
  • Assist in the development and roll-out of new products and services.
  • Meet with clients as needed to:
    • Review draft reports
    • Advise and provide expertise on regulatory and other best practices
    • Present at committee and/or board meetings
    • Support modeling assumptions

Job Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage small to mid-sized teams of analysts.
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 7 years in the financial services industry or related experience.
    • Deep knowledge of banking preferred.
    • Demonstrated understanding of credit, liquidity, and market rate analytics (familiarity with probability of default / loss given default credit concepts a plus)
    • Foundational knowledge of, if not expertise in CECL, stress testing, and capital adequacy within the financial services industry
  • Strong command, if not mastery over, Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong Tableau skills preferred.
  • Tech “competent” / quick study to learn and utilize proprietary Invictus software.
  • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, MBA or other masters a plus.

Salary Range:

$100,000.00 -$125,000.00
