Job description

About the role 

  • Team Global Express is seeking an Administration / Data Entry Officer to join our team at our Brisbane Airport Depot
  • This is a Full Time Permanent Position, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
  • The hourly rate for this position is; $28.69/hr
  • The successful applicant will join our Tech Services team, which services the transport and installation of major EFTPOS machines at various clients throughout Brisbane
  • You will be responsible for supporting our Drivers and Clients in an administrative & customer service capacity
  • You will be responsible for critical data entry tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business  
  • Inventory Control
  • Ensure equipment is correctly stored, labelled and easy to locate in the Warehouse
  • Respond to all telephone callers/visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner;
  • Respond to all customer enquiries in a timely manner;
  • Liaise with drivers, operational colleagues and other departments where necessary
  • Accurate and timely data entry
  • Liaise with departments in the other states where necessary to obtain necessary information
  • Support other members in the department when necessary - provide back up to other functions within the department in the case of absenteeism/high volumes
