Description
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Certified Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Epic HB workflows, including Charge Router, General Ledger, and Reporting/Extracts. This role requires a deep understanding of communication workflows, Core HB build, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to optimize system functionality and enhance operational processes. Additionally, knowledge and experience with Epic Single Billing Office (SBO) are highly preferred to support integrated workflows and improve patient financial experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- System Analysis & Configuration:
- Analyze, build, test, and implement Epic HB workflows and related components.
- Maintain and optimize Charge Router configuration to ensure accurate charge capture and routing.
- Support General Ledger mappings and ensure alignment with financial reporting needs.
- Provide configuration and support for Epic SBO workflows to streamline patient account management and billing processes.
- Reporting & Extracts:
- Develop and maintain custom reports and data extracts to meet business and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver accurate and actionable reporting solutions.
- Workflow Expertise:
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Epic HB and SBO workflows, including patient accounting, billing, claims, and payment processing.
- Ensure seamless communication workflows across departments and with external vendors.
- Troubleshooting & Support:
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and implement resolutions to maintain system integrity.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve system issues promptly.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with operational teams, finance, IT, and other stakeholders to align system functionality with organizational goals.
- Lead and participate in meetings to discuss system improvements, project updates, and issue resolutions.

Fully Remote - 3 month contract-to-hire
This person can take off every other Friday off but will be paid for the 40 hours that week
Hourly Rate on Contract (3 months) - 60-65/hr W2 based on years of experience
Salary Conversion 100-115 based on years of experience
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00
