The Role

Following Are The Main Responsibilities

• Assisting patients to find the Best Doctor and Hospitals in our network.
• Booking Appointment with our referral Doctor and Hospitals
• Follow up with patients for converting them to our preferred hospitals
• Explaining the patient about required treatment, cost estimate, doctor profile and Hospital services.
• Assisting patients with the process for Video Consultation, Medical Visa and Travel
• Arranging video consultation with our senior Doctors
• Other Backend Administrative works including Excel report updates
• Expanding our Doctor and Hospital referral network

• You have basic knowledge in Hospital / Health Care services industry.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
