HR Data Modeler (remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking an expert HR Data Modeler with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL Developer Data Modeler and experience working in the HR domain. This role involves crafting and optimizing data models to support our business objectives and improve data availability and reliability.

Should have extensive knowledge and experience in working with HR Data Warehousing Projects and HR Data Model

Understands various entities within HR i.e. Region, Country, Currency, Contact, Mail, Email, Address, Profession, Title, Role, Salary/Compensation, Activity, Events, Job application, Offer, Affiliation, Position, Profile, etc

Understands employee benefits, rewards and performance criteria

Understands Transactional HR Activities

Understands Strategic Partner Activities

Understands Interpersonal Structure and Functional Alignment

Understands the data granularity within the entities mentioned above

Understands the relationship between the entities mentioned above

Has knowledge in reporting features within HR

Salary And Other Compensation

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000-$120,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
