Job Title: Inbound Sales Representative

Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST/CST

Compensation: USD $2000 - $3000 + Commission (based on assessment)

We are an advertising agency headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Our performance marketing solutions help businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 500 brands increase their revenue by effectively targeting and converting potential customers. 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. The idle candidate will have experience selling at a Digital Marketing agency to ecommerce and small businesses generating $500K-$5M in annual sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound inquiries via email, FB/IG messages and web forms with prompt replies

  • Qualify inbound leads for our Account Executive team who will help facilitate client closes

  • Ruthlessly stay on top of all inbound clients interested in our services

  • Organize inbound leads and ensure all sales team and onboarding team members have everything they need seamlessly

  • Creatively test replies to get the best outcome to book a sales call

  • Sell DOE Media Services such as Facebook, Google, YouTube and TikTok advertising along with SEO, Web development, Web design and Email marketing services

  • Provide consistent product value to all of your clients

  • Manage client relationships across their entire lifecycle

  • Identify client needs and position DOE Media in a way that sets the relationship and project up for success

  • Investigate the customer’s long-term business objectives and anticipate future needs

  • Identify opportunities to expand into additional functional orgs or business units

Requirements:

Must-haves:

  • 2+ years experience in digital media sales.

  • 1-2 years of HubSpot experience.

  • Knowledgeable with Google Ads and Facebook Ads. (Please note, we want to know if you can actually explain them, not have you used them.)

  • Has worked with cold email tech - such as Instantly, Outreach, or similar

  • Comfort with G-suite - specifically Gmail, calendar, slides, and sheets

  • Ability to close accounts with values ranging from $24k - $100K ARR

  • Experience selling to e-commerce and small businesses generating $500K-$5M in annual sales.

  • Skilled in high-quality writing, research, and sales knowledge coupled with digital marketing knowledge 

  • Worked for a US agency.

  • You are competitive and have a track record of over-achieving quota

  • Intellectual curiosity - you love to ask questions and are genuinely interested in learning your client's needs.

  • Adaptable - you can easily adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • Articulate - you have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively

  • Passionate - you are excited about technology, online commerce, advertising, marketing, software, and how it helps businesses succeed

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal

  • Availability and willingness to operate within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) timezone.
