About the Role

We are looking for a senior leader who will be accountable for the continued growth and operational delivery of services for assigned key account(s). Activities related to the defined account(s) include operational delivery of all projects in the account portfolio; leadership and development of an account specific project team; commercial activities including project budgeting and companywide cross selling. The Associate Project Director will work with the defined project team, senior leadership, and companywide departments to shape and drive the defined account strategy in order to maximise sustainable growth, operational excellence and profitability.

What will your job look like?

• Deliver operational excellence to support companywide service expansion and create value for clients
• Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external stakeholders on portfolio projects
• Allocate resources to manage projects effectively within scope and budget
• Ensure target Gross Margin (GM) is consistently achieved
• Oversee financial management and reconciliation for all projects
• Collaborate with support departments to ensure optimal service delivery
• Partner with the Commercial Team to create budgets aligned with GM targets
• Lead contract development and maintenance for all portfolio projects
• Participate in account review meetings with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive growth
• Work with the Portfolio Director to develop clear account plans and capture business opportunities in CRM

What will you need to succeed?

• Previous project management experience is essential
• Previous EAP, early access programs, experience is needed
• Used to working in a matrix organisation would be advantageous
• Previous life science experience is a must
• Ability to work well within a cross-functional team
