Job Description: As an Openshift Engineer at Bright Vision Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining Openshift containerization platforms for our applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient application deployments and provide support for troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
•   Design, deploy, and maintain Openshift containerization platforms
•   Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and ensure proper deployment and scaling
•   Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated application deployments
•   Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Openshift platform and applications running on it
•   Monitor and optimize performance of the Openshift environment
•   Implement security best practices for containerized applications
•   Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in containerization and orchestration technologies
Requirements:
•   Proven experience as an Openshift Engineer or similar role
•   Strong understanding of containerization technologies, particularly Openshift and Kubernetes
•   Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Linux-based systems
•   Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
•   Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash or Python
•   Knowledge of networking and security concepts related to containerized environments
•   Strong problem-solving and communication skills
•   Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
•   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
•   Openshift or Kubernetes certifications
•   Experience with containerized application architectures, microservices, and serverless computing
