Location: Fully Remote (Applicants must be based in the Philippines)
Work Hours: Full-time, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday (equivalent to 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM Philippine Time, Tuesday to Saturday)

Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Workforce Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work remotely to support a U.S. law firm in ensuring the accurate and timely management of time tracking and attendance records, thereby supporting their operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and U.S. HR protocols. The ideal candidate will have a high level of discretion and professionalism, crucial in maintaining precise records and promptly resolving discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize time-tracking software to monitor employee activity levels.
  • Ensure accurate logging of work hours and maintain up-to-date attendance records.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in time cards and attendance logs promptly.
  • Prepare and submit incident reports regarding employee activity levels and any attendance issues.
  • Communicate effectively through email to address timekeeping matters with relevant personnel.
  • Ensure all timekeeping practices comply with U.S. HR protocols and company policies.
  • Manage incidents with sensitivity, aiming for timely and fair resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in timekeeping, payroll support, or a related administrative role, preferably within a U.S. law firm or similar environment.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in managing and reviewing records.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally via email.
  • Familiarity with time-tracking software and knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. HR practices and labor laws related to timekeeping and attendance.
  • Strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards; disciplined and able to enforce policies fairly.
