The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a direct report of the CECO, the Ethics and Compliance Policy, Training & Communications Leader you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading these three key E&C global programs (Policy, Training, & Communications) and the team focused on these programs.
- Developing and implementing a cohesive and integrated strategy for policies, training and communications that is focused on improving the Solventum employee understanding of and ability to implement E&C guidance.
- Lead team responsible for creation and deployment of global E&C (and related) training content.
- Partner with the CECO and stakeholders across E&C, Corporate Communications and key areas to design and implement effective communications strategy that reinforces the overall goals of the E&C program.
- Key partner with the CECO to ensure successful E&C communications to senior leadership and the board of directors.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of working in the training and communications fields years of working in compliance in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry
AND
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Business, Education, Communication, Business/Administration, MBA
- Prior experience developing and/or revising corporate policies and guidance.
- Prior experience working within an Ethics & Compliance organization.
- Prior experience working within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Knowledge of global anti-bribery laws and other anti-corruption codes and standards, including AdvaMed or the equivalent.
- Demonstrated success as a role model for integrity within a corporate setting
- Communication and influence management skills in a matrixed organization
- Team management and project management skills
- Attention to detail, collaboration, organization, and strong prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience working with senior leaders

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $207,348 - $253,425, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
