Job description

Overview

Lakeview Loan Servicing is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Specialist to support the administration of our Compensation Program. In this fully remote role, you’ll contribute to key initiatives such as incentive payouts, market benchmarking, compensation surveys, and year-end projects. This position offers a competitive salary of $50,000-$60,000, an annual bonus, 401(K) with company match, and medical benefits starting on day one.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and edit job descriptions while collaborating with the HR Business Partner team to ensure the correct FLSA status is designated.
  • Assist in the administration of our compensation systems related to deferred bonuses, the end-of-year cycle, incentives, and benchmarking.
  • Aid in the long-term incentive payout process.
  • Administer, process, and submit monthly Incentives files (commissions and monthly bonuses).
  • Ensure acknowledgments are sent for incumbents under an Incentive Plan or part of the long-term incentive program.
  • Maintains ad-hoc reporting through tools such as Excel and SmartSheet.
  • Perform market analysis for roles within the organization in conjunction with the Compensation Manager
  • Create job codes ensuring data integrity is established.
  • Ensure continuous growth and development on compensation topics by conducting ongoing research to understand industry and organization-specific issues, including financial information, compensation and rewards and corporate performance.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests and projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in HR and/or Compensation.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills; particularly with Excel.
  • Experience with UKG and/or Payfactors is a plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and take initiative as needed.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail.
