Job description

A-List Therapy is seeking a care Coordinator for home health services. This Job will be remote. This individual must be a fast learners and pay attention to detail. We're looking for self-starters who is willing to grow with the company and work toward managerial roles.

Essential Functions:

  • Stable and good internet connection, stable power, perfect attendance, computer, noise cancellation headphones.
  • HOME HEALTH care coordinator experience is a plus.
  • Coordinates physical /occupational therapy staff schedules matching Agencies needs with the proper therapist.
  • Addresses all incoming emails and phone calls regarding patient care and staffing.
  • Case manage 150-200 patient charts weekly.
  • Messages and coordination with therapists regarding patient visit schedules and documentation.
  • Great organization skills, types quickly.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
  • Must be nice, polite, personable with good people skills over the phone.
  • Requirements:
  • Be able to review patient charts and identify missed visits and notify clinicians for updates.
  • Be able to read admin comments on patients’ charts in great detail and determine the proper action to take.
  • Detail oriented and problem solving are key qualities for this position.
  • Be able to multi task and problem solve quickly. Speed is very important.
  • Proficient with computers at least 50 WPM.
  • Experienced with Microsoft office word and excel
  • Comfortable with texting and emailing with proper English.
  • Must be good at communication, asking questions and following up on tasks.
  • Some who wants to build a career and grow with the company for years to come.
  • Must be comfortable working 9-10 hour a day between the hours of 9:00AM and 7:00 PM PST
  • 2 monitors required for this position.
  • Leadership experience or management experience are recommended.


Qualifications:

  • Must be able to handle heavy email and telephone use.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment effectively and efficiently.
  • Must possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude and have good people skills.
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Must be reliable and dependable.
  • Must be computer savy, Excel experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
  • Must have the ability to identify and efficiently solve problems in a timely manner.
  • Spanish speaking is preferred.


Job Requirements:

  • At least 45 - 50 wpm typing speed.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
  • Good computer skills including knowledge of MS Office Applications.
  • Willing to grow with our company.
