Position Overview

BradyPLUS is seeking a Manager of CRM Technology to lead high performing Salesforce teams in a dynamic environment, contributing to the organization’s success through innovative solutions and strategic leadership. This role involves collaborating with other departments to integrate various systems and technologies in ensuring the successful deployment of salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to effectively manage and execute initiatives using Sales and Service Clouds.

Responsibilities Include

  • Develop metrics and visualizations to help business owners and stakeholders understand the current state of established processes and to identify gaps and areas of opportunity.
  • Develop and execute integration of sales processes, tools and users through BradyPLUS” continued integration and M&A activity.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and the benefit they could provide the organization.
  • Establish cross functional operating model to integrate CRM into business planning/forecasting.
  • Strong demonstrable experience with Salesforce integration of marketing automation tools (Hubspot) and other third-party applications (Zoominfo, eCommerce platforms, etc).
  • Develop, communicate, and “sell” CRM as the go-to application for inter- and cross-domain process improvement initiatives to senior level executives and the enterprise as a whole. Advocate for the use of BradyPLUS’s CRM to enhance efficiencies, productivity, automation, field service experience, enable innovation, and continue to develop the ONE CRM platform.
  • Assist the Enablement and Training teams with organizational coordination, communication, and education during roll outs.
  • Implement and evangelize a best practices approach to CRM business process execution.
  • Develop and own CRM governance prioritizing projects, manage licensing and data quality.
  • Manage internal Salesforce Administrative resources and external resources as well as work across internal departments for full support of integrated business applications.
  • Drive continuous process improvement culture including measurement and tracking ROI on identified transformation opportunities for user experience.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience focused on Sales, Service and Field Service Lightning.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator - Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder and Trailhead Badges/Super Badges are desirable.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products, integrations, and customization capabilities, MuleSoft experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing Salesforce teams to serve multiple business lines within an enterprise-level environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with business analysis, requirement documentation, solution design, testing, and implementation.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-growing/fast-paced environment, delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative.
  • Passion for process and experience scaling processes with an aptitude for working with data, e.g., Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, Microsoft Excel, PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Positive, high-energy attitude, independent, and takes ownership from start to finish either through coordination Salesforce Administrative resources or rolling up their sleeves to complete themselves.
  • Initiative, ability to proactively problem solve and provide valuable input to senior management.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
