Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and securing new enterprise opportunities within large CPG and retail companies. As a key player in our sales pipeline, you’ll be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities that fuel our continued success. A significant aspect of this position involves seeking and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring NVISION remains at the forefront of marketing innovation for major industry players.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels like market research, social selling, and networking to create a qualified prospecting list
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with large enterprise clients in the CPG and retail sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Lead efforts to research, write, and submit compelling RFP responses that showcase NVISION's expertise and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions aligning with client needs and industry trends.
  • Monitor market trends to identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Represent NVISION at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably selling within the CPG and Retail Industries.
  • Strong understanding of RFP processes and the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities for growth.
  • Familiarity with NVISION’s services, including displays, signage, branded merchandise, and direct mail, is a plus.
