What You’ll Be Doing
As the Resource & Scheduling Coordinator you will be part of a busy team and have responsibility for day to day scheduling of resource on our electronic planning system, DRS, for repairs & maintenance operatives.
You will be an expert in your area whilst having transferrable working knowledge to other areas to create flexibility and maintain a high level of service at all times.
You’ll work jointly with Contracts Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders to ensure all operational resources are used in the most flexible and efficient way to maximise productivity.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has a positive approach, alongside being dynamic and enthusiastic. Having previous experience in planning/diary management will be a great advantage. You’ll be confident working collaboratively as part of a team, whilst also happy to work on your own initiative.
You’ll have experience in prioritising workloads, supporting large teams and will remain calm in a pressurised environment. Being customer focussed, professional and with the ability to listen and communicate clearly will be some of your key strengths.

You’ll be happy to work at pace and virtually from home. You may be required to travel across our operating region for meetings and training from time to time, so you’ll have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
