Job description

Northeast Family Services is a premier mental health provider with over 20 years of experience providing services to children, youth, and families. We are seeking an experienced and LICSW independently licensed clinician for the role of Clinical Supervisor to help lead our growing Outpatient Telehealth team!

This is a fully REMOTE, telehealth opportunity!

The Clinical Supervisor will serve as a supervising therapist and contact for our clients and assist in the daily oversight of the outpatient telehealth team. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the management of the direct care staff along with the content, implementation of treatment plans, and provide supervision to clinical staff for licensure.

The Clinical Supervisor will carry a small caseload in addition to their supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Social Work
  • LICSW Independent clinical license in the state of Massachusetts - Required by time of hire
  • Two or more years of experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
  • At least one year of supervisory experience
  • Must provide supervision for licensure
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
  • Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
  • Experience in quality management preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
