Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the founding managers, ensuring seamless operations and effective decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to facilitate valuation, planning, and forecasting activities.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize internal financial processes, driving efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Conduct regular reviews and reconciliations to uphold the integrity of financial data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers, securing favorable terms and conditions to support the company's objectives.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of 1-2 years in financial operations, including bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to identify issues, analyze problems, and propose viable solutions to drive business success.
  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to teamwork, integrity, and ethical behavior in all aspects of work.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and techniques, demonstrating a growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience in using financial software and tools.
  • Ability to explain complex financial information in an understandable manner, catering to diverse audiences within the organization.
  • High level of expertise in Excel.
