POSITION: Clinical Sales Specialist- Market Expansion

FULL-TIME/PART-TIME: Full Time

LOCATION: ( Southwest States, NC, SC, TN)

React Health sells and supports its product and services in the acute-care, non-acute and home medical equipment markets. React Health has built a model that combines manufacturing and distribution of products and services to meet the challenges of the undiagnosed as well as those needing therapies after diagnosis in the sleep and respiratory population.

General Summary

As Clinical Sales Specialist you will be responsible to educate DMEs and referral sources on React Health Sleep and Respiratory products and Services.

Qualifications

  • Credentialed Respiratory Therapist
  • At least 5 years of experience in Respiratory Care managing ventilator patients in the Hospital and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) space.
  • Excel at working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking across our strong portfolio of sleep and respiratory products
  • Develop superior knowledge of our Products and Solutions and be seen as an expert to our customers.
  • Have a clear understanding of the clinical pathway of a patient from hospital to a homecare setting

Preferred Education

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • NPS Credentialed

Preferred Experience

  • Previous role in industry as a clinical sales specialist
  • Involved with transitioning patients from acute-care to home-care ventilation.
  • Acute-Care and HME ventilation
  • Pediatric and Neonatal ventilation experience

Physical Demands

  • Requires standing for long periods of time while performing product training
  • Requires normal visual acuity and hearing.
  • Typically, employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by brief periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, and extensive periods requiring the use of computer terminals to accomplish work objectives.
  • Required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard.
  • Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location, department or line of business.

Working Conditions

Predominantly operates in hospital and HME environments. Some work requires moving and lifting ventilators into and out of the car (

  • Duties And Essential Functions

    Each Employee consistently demonstrates the following essential functions:

    • Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of all React Health Ventilation Products and Services as well understand of how to position them in the Hospital, DME, and Long-Term Care space.
    • Show a clear understanding of the clinical applications and benefits of our Ventilation Products. Demonstrate the ability to present them in an effective way in a Virtual or LIVE setting.
    • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through strong product knowledge, positioning yourself as resource for customers and timely follow-up.
    • Be a conduit for Ventilation Market updates and Customer Feedback to Sales, Marketing and Leadership on trends or challenges. Use internal processes developed to capture feedback. (NetSuite or TEAMs)
    • Build, Manage and Update customer contacts and interactions. Use internal tools to capture activities and contacts in NetSuite.
    • Build strong Product knowledge of React Health products and software solutions.
    • Respond in a timely manner to give an exceptional customer experience. Expectation is same day response.
    • Follow-up in a standard way to ensure effectiveness of in-services through NetSuite.
    • Work with Sales and Marketing to support Ventilator education through in-services to targeted customers and physicians to increase knowledge of the React Health brand product.
    • Attends and participates in departmental meetings. Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence.
    • Ensures all department compliance guidelines are met.
    • Attends all meetings, in-services training, or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor.
    • Provides customer focused interactions.
    • Performs all duties necessary for the department as per department policies and procedures.
    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice and the responsibilities in the department
