Part-Time Project Manager (OBM)

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Business Process Specialist who can take a strategic view of our operations, help streamline processes, and elevate the client experience. This role will support the growth and efficiency of the company, focusing on process automation, client management, and operational excellence while preparing the business for future marketing and membership initiatives.

You’ll work closely with the business owner to develop and implement systems, create client resources, and optimize workflows. Your ability to think big-picture while paying attention to details will be instrumental in creating a seamless client journey and setting the business up for long-term success.

Compensation: 1,000 AUD/month (paid twice a month)

Schedule: 20 hrs/week (QLD Business Hours)

Location: Remote

Availability: Start ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Development and Optimization:
  • Design and implement automated processes for client onboarding, management, and offboarding.
  • Identify areas for improvement in current workflows and recommend solutions.
  • Set up project management platforms (e.g., Asana or ClickUp) to streamline operations.
  • Client Support and Resources:
  • Develop supporting documents and resources for clients to enhance their experience, particularly in areas not directly covered but impactful to ad results.
  • Map out a 12-month calendar of eCommerce key dates to plan campaigns and client engagement.
  • Membership Program Launch:
  • Assist in planning and setting up processes for a new membership offering launching next year.
  • Provide tech support for membership systems and processes.
  • Marketing Support:
  • Collaborate on strategies for future marketing efforts, including SEO-optimized blogs, fortnightly emails, lead magnets, and content planning.
  • Provide input on and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Strategic Guidance:
  • Offer creative ideas and solutions for business growth and client success.
  • Provide a “big-picture” perspective and recommend strategies or tools that could improve operations.

You are a structured and forward-thinking professional who thrives on solving problems and creating efficient systems. You’re detail-oriented but also able to take a step back and see the bigger picture. You enjoy working collaboratively, brainstorming new ideas, and implementing solutions that make a tangible difference.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Proven experience in process optimization and client management.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to implement and manage tools like Dubsado, Mailerlite, Canva, Wordpress, and project management software (e.g., Asana, ClickUp).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to create structure and process where it’s lacking.
  • A proactive problem solver who presents solutions rather than problems.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create SEO-optimized content and client resources.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn about Meta ads and eCommerce.
  • A sense of humor and appreciation for memes is a plus!

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with email marketing, lead magnet creation, and SEO.
  • Ability to support content creation for blogs and emails.
